NoCo Tutoring & Enrichment – Liability & Participation Policy

At NoCo Tutoring & Enrichment, we strive to provide a safe, positive learning environment for every student. Some activities may include light physical movement or use of classroom materials. Our staff will monitor students and equipment at all times and make every reasonable effort to prioritize safety.

By enrolling a student in any NoCo Tutoring & Enrichment program or submitting payment for services, the parent/guardian agrees to the following:

1. Parent/Guardian Authorization

Students under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete all required registration information. Participation indicates the parent/guardian’s agreement to this policy.

2. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in tutoring or enrichment activities involves inherent risks, including minor injuries from movement activities or use of classroom supplies. I voluntarily assume all such risks on behalf of my child.

3. Release of Liability

I release NoCo Tutoring & Enrichment, its owners, employees, and instructors from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during or as a result of participation in activities or being on the premises, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

4. Medical Care Authorization

In the event of an injury requiring urgent care, I authorize staff to seek appropriate medical treatment. I understand that all medical expenses, including emergency transportation, are my sole responsibility.

5. Personal Belongings

NoCo Tutoring & Enrichment is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings brought onto the premises.

Photo & Media Policy

NoCo Enrichment occasionally captures photos or videos of student activities for celebration, documentation, and promotional purposes, including use on social media, websites, and printed materials.

By enrolling in or participating in our programs, parents/guardians grant permission for NoCo Enrichment to use such media.

A parent/guardian may withdraw permission at any time by submitting a written request. NoCo Enrichment will make reasonable efforts to discontinue future use of the student’s image. Previously published materials cannot always be removed or recalled.
